Welcome to Property Tycoon, the property game that tests your tipping skills with real properties being auctioned each week!
Heres how it works:
1. Search for, and tip on 5 properties going to auction each week.
2. If a property that you tipped on sells within $50K of your tip, it is added to your Property Tycoon virtual portfolio.
3. The Tycoon that adds the most value to their portfolio in a week wins the round.
4. The Tycoon with the most valuable portfolio after 12, 13 or 14 (depending on whether it is currently Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring) weeks wins the season.
